CER has assisted in the development of numerous winning proposals in the fields of education, community development, substance abuse, criminal justice, nutrition, health care, mental health services, housing, language development, cultural preservation, and the list goes on.

CER staff work closely with clients in the earliest stages of grant development. We develop assessments and analyze data to determine the extent of the need for grant funds. CER has created a logic model and planning process which leads to a compelling grant proposal. Planning pays off; over 80% of our proposals are funded!
