CER Founder and President. Matt’s broad expertise in research and grant writing has earned CER the sustained respect of his clients and a solid reputation of respect among peers in the research field. He has co-authored a book on program evaluation along with several peer-reviewed studies.

Christy has been with CER since 1996. Christy has over 14 years of experience as a grant writer and in conducting evaluations for state and federally funded grant programs specializing in project development, preparation of grant proposals, community assessments, and program evaluation.

Tom has been with CER since 2010. Tom has been in the education field since 1991 as a K-12 teacher, principal, superintendent and administrator, county office administrator, and university professor.

Bobbi has been with CER since its inception in 1992. Bobbi was a full-time employee of CER from 1993 through 2005. Her duties include collection and reporting of data and program evaluation of state and federally funded programs.

Cindy has been with CER since 1998. Cindy's duties include data collection, bookkeeping and administrative support.
 

Greg has been with CER since 2001. Greg is a research associate with over nine years of professional research and evaluation experience. Greg's duties include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for a wide range of school and community based projects.

Terry Sullens has worked with CER since 2001. Terry is a research associate with over six years of professional research and evaluation experience. Terry is also a certificated teacher. Terry is an expert in data analysis and report development.
